From Toffee to Coffee & Scones: What You'll Find in Our Shop

I wanted to write an updated blog post to share more about what we actually offer in our store.
If you’ve ever had the opportunity to walk into our shop, you probably notice the smell first. Butter melting. Sugar cooking. Coffee brewing. Fresh scones just coming out of the oven.
That’s because everything you see in our cases is made right here — not by a warehouse, not shipped in from somewhere else — but by us in our small kitchen in the back of the store.
Of course, you’ll find all of the candy products you see online right here in our Glendora shop. We make and package everything by hand in small batches. And it’s all real butter. Real sugar. No corn syrup. No preservatives. No artificial flavors. Just simple, high-quality ingredients cooked carefully the traditional way.

Now for the fun part! The stuff you don't see in our online store.
Many people don’t realize that we serve a full menu of coffee and tea, along with our handmade scones baked fresh every morning.
Before we opened, we sat down with a local roaster and sampled a variety of coffee beans. We spent a great deal of time finding beans that really complemented our candy and scones. It was important to us to serve coffee that was high quality, ethically sourced, and most importantly... delicious!
Everyday, you can choose from our three drip coffee options: Highland Ember (a medium roast), Dark Hearth (a dark roast) and our decaf Evening Roast. Every cup of coffee we make is guaranteed hot, fresh and of high quality!
In addition to drip coffee, we offer a variety of specialty drinks — from a cozy London Fog Latte to a rich Irish Cream White Mocha.

People often ask what our most popular drink is, and by far it’s our Iced Toffee Espresso! It’s refreshing, slightly sweet, and full of the warm caramel flavors of English Toffee. It's finished with a caramel drizzle and can be topped with your favorite cream.

And now our Tea!
We proudly partner with the Art of Tea and only serve organic, ethically sourced tea. We have a wide variety of hot tea flavors, and every tea has been chosen for its flavor and high quality... From green teas, to black teas and caffeine free tea, we have plenty of options for everyone.
We serve our tea in tea sachets that are free from microplastics and are compostable! They are made from plant-based PLA (polylactic acid), which are derived from renewable plant sources.

And last but not least, our scones!
Baked every morning from scratch, we offer a minimum of 5 different flavors each day. Every scone starts with a high quality flour, and is enhanced by a variety of fruits, chocolates, toffee and more! We change our scone flavors with the seasons, so you'll find new flavors every so often.
Our core scones are always available, though, and are our Classic, Chocolate Chip, Toffee and Cinnamon Chip scones!
Our scones are extremely popular and loved immensely. As you bite through their moderately crisp exterior, they are so tender and full of flavor!

While these are the main staples of our shop, we do have lots of different items as we have time to bake or create them. For instance, we do bake and hand-decorate our own sugar cookies, which we have available most days! Coming up are St. Patrick's Day themed cookies..
