Our Salted Caramels are also made without corn syrup, making us one of very few confectioners who do not use the ingredient... especially in caramels.

Fun Fact: In the 14th century, King Philip VI imposed a salt tax in France which made salt a luxury only the rich could afford. However, at that time Brittany maintained a policy of independence from France, giving them rare and plentiful access to salt. As a result, they became renowned for their superior salted butter.
