Can I buy your products in-person, or just online?

You can buy our products both online and in-person! We have a physical location in Glendora, California that will be opening soon.  For the latest updates on our Grand Opening, be sure to subscribe to our email list and follow us on social media!

You can also come out to see us in-person at any of the events we attend throughout the year! Visit our Events page to see updated dates and locations.

You may also come across our English Toffee products at several wineries across Northern and Southern California!

I would like to order a large quantity of products, should I order them through your website?

For wholesale, large or corporate orders, please reach out to us through email at info@brownstoffee.com, or by phone at (626) 722-1908.

We make our products by hand and in small batches, and do not keep a large quantity of pre-made candies on hand as we do not use preservatives.

How long will it take before my order ships?

On average, online orders will be shipped within 7 business days.  As we do not keep large quantities of our toffee or candy on hand for ultimate freshness and quality, many online orders are made-to-order.

All orders are personally packed and shipped with great care to ensure our toffee and candy maintain their high-quality.  In the summer months, we include cold packs to protect our products from the heat during shipping.

How will my order be packaged?

It is a Brown's English Toffee tradition to ship all of our 1 Pound English Toffee products in red gift boxes, wrapped in a decorative Stewart plaid ribbon.

Are returns or exchanges accepted?
