What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted candies and are committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost!

What if my order arrives damaged?

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it safely and on time.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

• You must contact us within 72 hours of MARKED DELIVERY
• Clear photos of the damaged packaging and products are required
• Photos must include the shipping label and outer box, as well as the interior contents

We will use this documentation to file a claim with the carrier.

Once documentation is received, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A refund (based on the outcome of the carrier claim)

We cannot issue refunds or replacements without photo documentation.

Is your candy made in a facility that processes tree nuts?

Yes, our toffee is produced in our Glendora, CA store where tree nuts are present. We take care to minimize cross-contamination, but individuals with severe allergies should be aware.

What are the main ingredients used in your toffee?

Our primary ingredients are granulated sugar, real butter, and sunflower lecithin. We use premium chocolate (milk, dark, or white) and roasted almonds in some varieties.

Are your products suitable for gluten-free diet?
