This historic treat dates back to 1417, when early versions of honey-based fudge were first mentioned in folklore. Centuries later, chocolate was introduced to the recipe by smugglers along the Isle of Man, who brought exotic ingredients to the region.

We continue this time-honored tradition by crafting our Honey Fudge in small batches, by hand, following the original recipe to ensure uncompromising quality and authentic flavor. After more than 600 years, it remains a favorite for good reason!

Our candies are handcrafted using real butter, pure cane sugar, and premium chocolate. We never use corn syrup, preservatives, or artificial flavors.

Every batch is made fresh in small batches for the best flavor and texture.
