Our Honey Fudge can best be described as silky smooth fudge with a milk chocolate flavor, subtly accentuated by the refreshing taste of honey.
This candy was first heard of in folklore dating back to the year 1417. Chocolate was added to the original recipe hundreds of years ago when smugglers along the coast of Isle of Man began introducing exotic foods and spices to the area.
We currently make our Honey Fudge in small-batches and by hand to ensure its authenticity and quality do not waiver. We faithfully follow the original recipe, and its deliciousness proves why it has been in demand for over 600 years!
